Mr. Roger A. T. Smith serves as ERD Advisor of K&M Technology Group LLC. Mr. Smith serves as Chief Executive Officer of PGI Energy, Inc. Mr. Smith was employed by Schlumberger for 21 years and during that time worked on projects in the North Sea, Southern Section/Northern Sector, Denmark, Norway, South China Sea, Indonesia, Vietnam and Singapore for companies such as Petro-Vietnam, Total, Marathon and Unocal. Later, he worked in Nigeria with Mobil, Texaco, Shell and various other companies drilling horizontal wells, re-entry, and multi lateral wells. He was involved in all aspects of running jack-ups and semi-subs, all S/F training courses for drilling technology, blow out control, relief well drilling and was responsible for the training, practical and theory of BOP courses for National Drillers/Assistant Drillers joining the rigs, as well as the day to day running of the rigs. When Roger left Nigeria, he worked in South Texas, Louisiana and Mexico planning and drilling for Total, Houston Exploration, Chesapeake, Dominion, El Paso, and other clients as requested. Soon after joining K&M, he worked on Statoil's longest well at the challenging Kristin HPHT project, where he helped the team achieve a trouble-free, successful well. He has provided consulting review for the acquisition targets of PGI Energy, and is an invaluable resource to the board. He has been a Director of PGI Energy, Inc., since February 2, 2011. He serves as Director of Interline Resources Corp. He did his education from Kings Lynn College in Norfolk England. Mr. Smith holds a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering.
