Mr. David M. Cunic, PT serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Pazoo, Inc. Mr. Cunic founder DMC Athletics & Rehabilitation, Inc. in 2006 and serves as its Owner and President. Mr. Cunic is a member of various physical therapy and community service organizations. Mr. Cunic is highly trained in sports medicine, orthopedics and manual therapy and has had the honor of working with prestigious doctors from numerous professional and Olympic sport teams. prior to forming DMC, he has worked at inpatient facilities and has managed several outpatient orthopedic clinics. Mr. Cunic periodically refines his knowledge and manual skills through workshops and continuing education seminars, but what makes him truly unique is his ability to relate to his patients, which is a result of receiving intensive physical therapy himself for four years. Mr. Cunic is a certified personal trainer and a licensed referee for the United States Soccer Federation. Mr. Cunic served as Chairman of Pazoo, Inc. until July 2012. Mr. Cunic Educated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physical Therapy from the University of New England.

Mr. Steven Basloe, Steve serves as President and an Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Pazoo, Inc. and has been its Chairman since July 18, 2012. Mr. Basloe has over three decades of sales and marketing experience. Mr. Basloe was Owner of SMB Marketing Group where he successfully provided consulting services in creative and strategic planning to major corporations such as Bertelsmann, Warner's, Samsung, S. Rothschild, and Alfred Haber Distribution. He serves as a Director of Pazoo, Inc. Mr. Basloe holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master in Business Administration in Marketing, as well as a Juris Doctorate, all from Syracuse University.

$PZOO Signs Definitive Agreement and Pays Additional $50,000 to Acquire a 40% Interest in MA & Associates, LLC, a Company Formed to Be a Medical Marijuana Testing Laboratory in the State of Nevada
2014-04-10 08:01 ET - News Release WHIPPANY, NJ(eTeligis.com)Pazoo, Inc. (OTCQB: PZOO) (German WKN#: A1J3DK) is pleased to report that the second $50,000 payment was made on the signing of a Limited Liability Company Interest Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") this week to acquire a 40% interest in MA & Associates, LLC. This second payment brings the total investment to $100,000 thus far with a $250,000 investment to be made in the near future. At the time the next $250,000 installment is made by Pazoo, applications with the State of Nevada will be filed for approval to setup two medical marijuana testing laboratories. The State of Nevada mandates that marijuana must be tested to ensure it meets safety standards for distribution.

Traffic never stays exactly the same from day to day as it fluctuates up and down depending on social media initiatives and marketing efforts. However, it is a major milestone for Pazoo to have reached 200,000 visitors one day in the past week.

There has been a meteoric increase in traffic over the past 6 weeks on www.pazoo.com. Over the coming days and weeks Pazoo management will now be focused on optimizing the earnings per CPM to increase the gross profit margins from Pazoo's advertising providers. Additionally there will be a push to increase the amount of the high paying pre-roll, also known as video ads, on the website.Once this optimization of ad revenue reaches targeted levels, another large scale marketing push will be instituted.
