He served as Chief Executive Officer of E-Debit International Inc. In March 1995, Mr. MacDonald retired from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police after a distinguished twenty-five year service career. In April 1995, Mr. MacDonald developed MacDonald Gaming Corporation and MacDonald Venture Corporation. He has been a Director of Vencash POS Services Inc. and Westsphere Systems Inc. since July 1998.
