Mr. Daniel Amato has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Embark Holdings, Inc. since March 2013. Mr. Amato is the Founder of Muscle Warfare and operates as the President and Chief Executive Officer. After Obtaining an Associate's degree in the medical field 19 years ago, he started his business career as a Radiation Therapist at Montefiore Hospital. He continued in this field for 4 years working at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, Good Samaritan Hospital in Palm Beach and St. Mary's Hospital in Florida. As a result of his training and experiences in therapy, gaining additional knowledge in specialized nutrition and taking care of the human body became a priority professionally and personally. He started Samson Distributing, Inc. in 1998. He quickly became an Industry Innovator in both product design and marketing. He has owned and operated four highly profitable companies in the sports nutrition space during a 13 year span. Since 1998, and the emergence of his company Samson, he has been consistently profitable within the sports nutrition and supplement industry for 13 years. Due to his extensive experience and marketing research background he continues to be a strong and recognizable force within the industry. During the past 4 years he has maintained profitability in 3 of his mail order companies, while using the profit to fund the start-up of Muscle Warfare, Inc. He received the coveted : Rising Star" Award from GNC in1995.

Dear Valued Muscle Warfare International Shareholder,

I want to personally thank you for being a Muscle Warfare International, Inc. shareholder. We are excited about the past year of 2013 and look forward to the future of our Company in 2014 and beyond. I would like to outline some of the events from 2013 and our plans for the coming future.

1. We changed the trading symbol and name to Muscle Warfare International,
Inc. and OTC: MWAR

2. MWAR was up-listed from Limited to Current status

3. MWAR started filing disclosure statements along with financials.

4. MWAR passed FDA inspection (The inspection included a complete facility
inspection, which reviewed written and executed standard operating
procedures including quality control systems. The FDA completed the
inspection and filed a report stating there were no deficiencies observed
during their inspection.)

5. Muscle Warfare International, Inc. Announces the Launch of products at
Select GNC Store Locations throughout the Nation.

6. Muscle Warfare and Fitness First USA, Announced the New "SALUTE THE
TROOPS" Initiative!

7. Muscle Warfare Announces Landmark Deal "Down Under" With Nutri-Sups
Worldwide!

8. Muscle Warfare & Europa Sports Products Launch "SUMMER SLAM" Sales

9. Muscle Warfare Announces International Distribution Deal out of the

Supplement Industry that has been conducting business since 2002, has
been a past recipient of the GNC rising star award and in its top
performing year, hit $9,900,000 (nine million nine hundred thousand) in
top line sales.

11. Muscle Warfare International Inc. Acquires its 3rd Company in the
Nutritional Supplement Industry. The company has been conducting business
since 2007, the company is a mail order nutritional supplement firm that
sells and distributes product via websites and phone orders. Annual
revenue varies from year to year with consistent low overhead and has
been profitable for 6 years of operation.

12. Muscle Warfare International Inc. releases investor information for 506
Capital Raise.

Future Goals and Vision
The Muscle Warfare team is focused on continuing to develop the most effective sports nutrition products of the highest quality and distribute them effectively and efficiently worldwide. Additionally, our focus is to have substantial and continually increasing presence in national and regional gym chains, regional and local sports nutrition specialty shops, along with strong placement in all online web retailers with great product placement in every distribution channel. Global growth plans, which encompass gaining a substantial share in this expanding market has already been a strong objective. Muscle Warfare is already recognized globally and widely distributed in major markets such as Australia, The UK, in Scandinavia, Brazil, The Middle East, Russia and many other key International regions. We are currently developing a high traffic website and online marketing programs that will kick-off in short order. Ultimately, this will lead to high brand awareness and increasing global sales once our marketing engine is operating at full capacity.

We have a proprietary business plan to utilize proven industry tactics used by several notable competitors to obtain quick success in the market, with minimal investment. We plan to make efficient use of funds raised to quickly grow sales and profits substantially. We plan to use investment capital very wisely, limiting excessive salaries to employees, controlling operational costs by obtaining best possible terms and pricing from manufacturers, not overpaying and utilizing endorsements. Only specialized, use of select athletes to endorse our products will be considered and negotiated wisely. We are a business with a plan, not to burn through money, just simply use it in an efficient manner that only comes from years of insight, industry study and opportunity recognition.
