I noticed that your methods for picking stocks are much different than mine. Could you tell me a bit about the process you use for stock selection? Have you ever considered value investing?
I bought a great book about it over a year back, "What Works on Wall Street" by James P. O'Shaughnessy. It gave actual statistical data on how value investing performed using more than 4 decades worth of market data.
These days I have a similar, though smaller forum (prostockpicks.proboards.com). Come over and check my portfolios out. I have found that value investing portfolios return consistently good results (far better than I expected). It would be nice to have another opinion around there. I kind of feel like it is a ghost town as the only people to post there other than me have been spamming stuff not even related to investing. (The results really are amazing though)
Regards,
Matthew
