Kristian Schiorring, CEO, is an experienced entrepreneur and business executive. During the 1980s he launched a number of successful food and entertainment businesses throughout Northern Europe. Later, he established and carried on three separate commercial businesses within the Office and Mobile Supplies industry. During this period he became a seasoned leader and developed a great talent for establishing networks, acquire distribution and sales rights of commercial products, and to implement production systems.

Henrik Dahlerup, COO. Mr. Dahlerup has strong roots in communications and strategic consulting through his employment as senior management member at some of the most prominent international communications corporations, i.e. Young & Rubicam, McCann and DDB. His comprehensive experience in this field counts 16 years of management and servicing of international corporations, such as Colgate-Palmolive, Kraft General Foods, Texaco, Volkswagen Group etc. Throughout his career he has been working as a senior manager with organizational responsibility and with the main operational focus set on strategies & branding, marketing strategy development, product & concept development and project management.

Poul Larsen is a former Fire Chief, and founder of the company PL Brandteknik, dealing with training, consulting and implementation of fire protection plans. Poul works closely with Bioflamex Corp. in regards to product development and sales, with a main focus on professional organizations and public institutions.

On October 22, 2012, the board of directors appointed Mr. Billy Ray to act as our Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Billy Ray, our CFO, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Ray served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Charys Holding Co. In 2008 until late 2011 he worked as an independent consultant for private and public companies in the Construction, Gas and Oil, Social Media, Restaurants and Hotel/Hospitality industries. $BFLX Bioflamex Corp. Takes First Step in U.S. Market With Distribution Partnership

COPENHAGEN, DENMARK--(Marketwired - Jul 15, 2013) - Bioflamex Corp (PINKSHEETS: BFLX). The Management of BFLX are pleased to introduce a new distribution partnership covering parts of the United States.
Bioflamex Corp. and the private company Progress Alternative Group, LLC (PAG) have entered a distribution collaboration agreement, wherein PAG will assume exclusive responsibility of sales and distribution in the geographical area comprised of Louisiana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, Utah and Kansas. In addition to these markets, PAG will also work on key clients in Texas and Oklahoma. In return, PAG have committed to perform sales of a minimum US$1,000,000 per annum.

The main focus of activities will be on the Industrial segments, with an initial targeted drive towards the Oil & Gas producing businesses in the areas covered by PAG activities. The partners have developed a product package proposition, well suited to meet the fire fighting needs of such enterprises. The package contains the combination of the IFEX® impulse gun technology and the effective Bioflamex-Hartindo biological foam concentrates, and complementary smoke and fire protection masks.

COPENHAGEN, DENMARK--(Marketwired - Aug 7, 2013) - Bioflamex Corp (PINKSHEETS: BFLX) -- The Management of BFLX plans to conduct a round of presentation and demonstration meetings in selected states in the U.S. during September-October 2013.

In conjunction with the recently disclosed distribution agreements, the Company has worked with its partners to execute a plan for a number of venues where Management will present and demonstrate the product package proposition, especially targeted towards Industrial clients and participants in the Oil & Gas sector in particular.
The focus of meetings will be to demonstrate that the combination of the IFEX impulse gun technology and the effective Bioflamex-Hartindo biological foam concentrates is suited to effectively meet the special needs of drilling and refining operations whilst improving the environmental footprint.

The aim of the initiative is to position the company as an advanced clean-tech alternative to conventional fire protection solutions.
