Cono Italiano Inc. (CNOZ.OB) is a publicly traded company, founded in 2007 by Mitchell Brown, President and Chief Operating Officer. It all started in Milan, Italy in 2001 where SpuntiBreak S.R.L founder Marco Messuti created the “Pizza Cono” a cone made of dough from proprietary ingredients and filled with cheese and sauce to be consumed while “on the go.” Today the “Cone” can be filled with any number and variety of ingredients, and can be enjoyed for breakfast, a light snack or desert.
These cones are currently sold in 12 countries throughout the world. We manufacture and distribute the cone throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico and currently sell them in stadiums, arenas, at universities and through catering companies. Presently we are producing our Par-Baked Drip-free bottom cones at Sunrise Bakery in Brooklyn, New York, a fully automated bakery founded in 1947 that offers scalable manufacturing capabilities to meet the needs of our customers.

What is A Pizza Cone
The pizza cone is a par-baked drip and spill free cone made of proprietary flaky dough. Pizza was the filling of choice when the cone was created in Europe in 2001, but today Merchants and Consumers are filling the cone with a variety of ingredients ranging from: breakfast cones (Egg Whites and Cheese, Scrambled Eggs and Cheese), Ceasar Salad, Vegetable, Taco, Gyro, Cheese Steak, Meatballs, Pasta, Ham and Cheese, and Deserts. With its easy to handle shape the cone enables people of all ages to eat while “on the go”.
The product can be prepared by baking in a conventional oven, microwave and the “Tornado” by Turbochef. The cone is being distributed into the quick service restaurants (”QSR”) and leisure locations including convenience stores, supermarkets, entertainment facilities and sports arenas.
The Pizza Cone's calories are equal to or less than a traditional wrap with 40% less Sodium!
