He serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Environmental Testing Laboratories, Inc., a subsidiary of Paradise Music & Entertainment, Inc. He served as Secretary of TheraBiogen Inc. from November 17, 2009 to March 2011. Mr. Hickel served as the Chief Executive Officer of United EcoEnergy Corp. from January 2009 to February 23, 2011. Mr. Hickel served as Secretary of American Post Tension, Inc. since July 2007. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of American Post Tension, Inc. until August 2007. He served as the Chairman of Paradise Music & Entertainment Inc. (Formerly, Iball Media, Inc.) from February 2001 to June 15, 2006 and served as its Principal Executive Officer, President, Principal Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and Principal Accounting Officer until June 15, 2006. From May 1990 to July 2001, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Paradise Music & Entertainment, Inc. Mr. Hickel was also the Turn-around President to Miniscribe Corp., from 1989 to 1990. He as arranged a number of private and public company financings and financial restructuring over the years. Mr. Hickel has been building products and services based on the Internet since 1981. Mr. Hickel served as the President of the Maxwell Technology Information Systems Group from 1993 to 1997. During his tenure, Maxwell Technology became the ninth best performing stock on the Nasdaq in 1996. He served as the Chairman and Chief Restructuring Officer of The Tyree Company in Farmingdale, New York from February 2005 to June 2006. He serves as the Chairman of TheraBiogen Inc. Mr. Hickel has been the Chairman of the Board and Director of United EcoEnergy Corp. since June 2008. He served as the Chairman of ELS from May 1999 to May 2000. He served as the Chairman of Interstate Sweeping from May 1997 to March 1999. Mr. Hickel has been a Director of TheraBiogen Inc. since August 31, 2008. He has been a Director of Spring Creek Capital Corp. since January 19, 2009. He serves as a Director of Magic Communications, Inc. He served as a Director of American Post Tension, Inc. He served as a Director of Paradise Music & Entertainment Inc. until June 15, 2006.
